FITNESS CENTER RULES

  • Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times
    • Shoes must be close toed and close heeled, sandals are not permitted (NO EXCEPTIONS)
  • No running, pushing, yelling, or other horseplay 
  • Do not drop weights (if you can't handle it don't use it)
  • Return weights, handles, etc... where they belong
  • Keep grunting to a minimum
  • Wipe down equipment when you are done
  • Do not track tennis clay or dirt into the fitness center
  • No food or drinks in the fitness center
  • Children (14 & up) may work out in the fitness area
  • Graduates from youth power may use the fitness center
  • All Personal Training is to be done by Club employed Personal Trainers only. No Exceptions!!
