FITNESS
CENTER RULES
- Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times
- Shoes must be close toed and close heeled, sandals
are not permitted (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- No running, pushing, yelling, or other horseplay
- Do not drop weights (if you can't handle it don't use it)
- Return weights, handles, etc... where they belong
- Keep grunting to a minimum
- Wipe down equipment when you are done
- Do not track tennis clay or dirt into the fitness center
- No food or drinks in the fitness center
- Children (14 & up) may work out in the fitness area
- Graduates from youth power may use the fitness center
- All Personal Training is to be done by Club employed
Personal Trainers only. No Exceptions!!
