All of our group exercise classes are part of your membership*. We have 2
exercise studios, which provide us with the ability to offer you a wider variety
of classes to help you meet your fitness goals. Our classes are held in either a
2,000 sq. ft. studio or a 600 sq .ft. studio. With classes ranging from high
intensity STEP AEROBICS and SPINNING to energizing and soothing PILATES and YOGA
and everything in between; we are confident you will find classes to fit your
needs and schedule. Also for classes you cannot get anywhere else in Gulf Breeze
we offer a wide variety of aquatic fitness classes.

BODY SCULPTING(60 minutes)
Body Works: A fluid, deep muscular workout combined with
stretching and relaxation for a truly unique experience.
Body Sculpt: Make your weight training workout a
cardiovascular workout as we maintain non-stop rhythmic movements to tone
and shape our muscles.
Core-N-More (15-30 Min): Abdominal and lower body
strengthening work plus upper body toning.
CARDIO/DANCE (60 minutes)
Step: a high-energy, low-impact workout to improve
cardiovascular conditioning, coordination and agility. An incredible workout
to burn calories and build stamina. Intermediate to advanced
Boot Camp: A cardio class using athletic drills and weight
training to get your heart pumping and the sweat pouring. Intervals of
cardio drills and muscle tonight work designed to burn fat and build a lean
body.
SilverSneakers®I
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercise designed to
increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living
skills. Hand-Held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are
offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing
support.
 INDOOR CYCLING
Spin: (45 min) A
challenging calorie burning, low-impact group stationary cycling class performed
to music. See the spin schedule for energy zone description.
Spin-Flex: (45-60min) 30 to
45 minutes of spin followed by 15 minutes of upper body strength work with
bands, core conditioning and stretching
Gentle Spin: (30 min) A
beginning spin class that teaches you all the "moves" of a traditional spin
class at a lower intensity and shorter duration.
MIND & BODY
Pilates:(60 minutes) A total body-mind workout focused on
concentrated movements. to emphasize strong abdominal and lower back
muscles. This class will enhance strength, muscular symmetry, alignment,
flexibility, grace, and coordination.
All fitness levels
Beginning Yoga: (60-75 min) For those
who would like to discover the mind/body experience of Yoga but are not
ready for a full class.
Yoga:(60-75 min) Enjoy a mind/body experience that will
relieve stress, tension, as well as increase strength, balance and
flexibility. A "sticky" mat is required.
Power Pilates:(45 minutes) Experience pilates the way it
was originally intended, fast paced, traditional Pilates in under 45
Minutes. Great for the novice or pro.
WATER CONDITIONING
Master's Swim: Swim workouts with instruction for all
skill
Water(H20)
Aerobics:
High Intensity aerobic classes in the swimming pool. Excellent
alternative to walking or running.
