Water Aerobics

The Club's swimming facilities are the best in the region. Our professional aquatic coaches and staff provide safety and training for all ages and will work with you to incorporate a water fitness program into your lifestyle.

Helpful Swimming Hints:

  •  Soaking a cap, suit, etc. in baking soda will help remove the chlorine and prevent mildew.
  •  Keep nose clips in a small container with baby powder in it.  This keeps the nose clips from deteriorating too quickly.
  •  Silicone and rubber caps are easier to put on if swimmer puts water inside the cap.
  •  After use, dry your cap with a towel.  Then put a small amount of baby powder in it, and on the outside, to prevent the cap from sticking to itself.
  •  A couple of drops of milk help with redness and blurriness from your eyes if you are not using goggles.
  • Clip your nose clip to the back of your goggles or to your swimsuit strap for easy accessibility during practice.
