The Fitness Center at The Club is the best in the area. Come in and let us start you on your way to a happier, healthier life! People who exercise tend to live longer, happier, more productive lives- whereas sedentary people are at higher risk for cancer, diabetes, osteoporosis, high blood pressure, and many other preventable diseases. We like to start our members out by giving them 3 complimentary personal training sessions with one of our Certified Personal Trainers. Our fitness staff is comprised of some of the top trainers in the area, and all are nationally certified.
The first of your three sessions includes a comprehensive assessment of your needs and goals in which we will review your medical history, level of fitness, goals and experience. During your next two sessions we will help you build an individualized fitness program, designed to help you achieve your goals. Once your three training sessions are complete, our fitness specialist will be on-hand to provide you with assistance and answer questions regarding your exercise program. Personal Training packages are available to help you obtain your health and fitness goals as well as improve your quality of life.
