The Kid's Class (7 to 11 year old)

Regular and Advanced Kick Class - Tuesday 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM

Regular and Free Sparing Class - Thursday 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Adult Class (12 Years and Up)

Regular Class - Tuesday 6:00PM -7:00 PM

Regular Class - Thursday 6:45 PM - 8:00 PM

**Weapons (with instructor and Parents Permission) is additional $15 per month.
