Our fitness staff is comprised of Fitness Specialists who are not only nationally certified but hold an Allied Healthcare Degree or the equivalent. We hold these high standards to ensure you are getting proper guidance and quick results. We are well equipped to help you meet your short term goals in order to meet your long term goals. You will not worry about the advice you are being given, because unlike a Fitness Specialist without the benefit of an Allied Healthcare Degree or comparable course study, our 4+ years of education are based on scientific study, not testimonials. Therefore, you can set and reach your short and long term goals in a safe, efficient and effective fashion. Your weight, body composition, and girth measurements should be done on a regular basis (usually 4-6 weeks) to help you see where you are in reference to your short and long term goals. Racquel McElroy
- Associate Fitness Director Certifications/Education:
Background: Racquel has been a experienced trainer for 9 years. Six of those years have been spent at The Club. She also was an Asst. Coach for the USA Weightlifting team from 1999-2001. From 2001 -2004 she played for the Pensacola Power, A women's football team located here in Pensacola.
Shannon Kohles
-Personal Trainer Certifications/Education:
Background: Shannon has been a personal trainer for 8 years, spending 4 years here at The Club. In 1996, she competed in bodybuilding in the state of Colorado.
Certifications/Education:
Background: Andy was raised in Gulf Breeze and graduated from GBHS in 1991. Not only did he go to college after high school, but he was on the US National Bobsled Team and member of the US Delegation and forerunner in the 2002 Olympic Games in Salt Lake City. He also played college football at the Univ. of West Alabama. He came on board to be a trainer at The Club 3 1/2 years ago. He also is the strength coach for our swim team, Team Makos.

Kristen Sullivan Certifications/Education:
Background: Kristen has been a personal trainer for over 10 years and also studied the art of dance extensively. She has conditioned for several fitness competitions and also trained bodybuilding competitors.
