Jessica Wade-Abston is a member of the Pilates Method Alliance, and is a certified machine instructor from Body Evolution. She trained with Jessica Sehested from the Kane School of Core Integration in NYC. She is a classically trained dancer who studied with Olin Kearse of Philadelphia. After being stationed on Corry Station she fell in love with the Emerald Coast, and has chosen to make it her home with husband and daughter.
