    Overview

    Quads run for 6 weeks.  Ian, Director of Tennis, is in charge of the Men's Quads on Tuesday evenings @ 6:30 PM.  Jean, Tennis Pro, is in charge of Women's Quads on Monday evenings @ 6PM.  If enough interest, the Club will begin a mixed Quads on Sunday afternoons.  If you are interested, please contact the Tennis Dept. @ 850-916-7946 or email tennis@theclubfamilysports.com

  • Members are billed $10 for 6 weeks.
  • Any rainouts will carry over another week

    Quads Format

  • 4 players per court~ 1 set with each player~ keep track of total games won~ Player with highest total moves up a court~ player with lowest total moves down.
  • In case of a tie to move up, the player with the fewest games lost moves up.  If there is still a tie, a coin will be flipped.
  • You will be responsible for yur own sub!!  There is a sub list provided.  Any member is eligible.  Try to find a comparable player.  A sub cannot move a player up a court.
  • Please do not leave your quad hanging.  If a player is missing without a sub, then they will be the one to move down.  The remaining three will play Canadian doubles to 21 to decide who moves up.
  • If you or your sub DOES NOT SHOW UP, you will NOT BE ELIGIBLE for the next 6 week session of quads.
  • If only 2 players show, play 2 out of 3 sets of singles to decide who moves up.  The two no shoed will move down.

    Canadian Doubles: 3 players total

    Single player always serve from a designated side against two players on the opposite side.  The single players the doubles court and the doubles team plays the singles court.  IF the singles player holds serve, he/she is awarded 2 points.  If the singles player is broken, he/she is awarded 0 point and the receivers are awarded 1 point each.  After each game, rotate one spot to the left.  Match is to 21 points.
